Our Story

Peoporia Ltd was incorporated when the founder returned to the UK after two decades living and working overseas.  Having a wealth of experience working with thousands of professionals in all four corners of the globe, she realised there was a gap in the market for high quality people solutions, tailored to meet the specific strategic demands of growing organisations.

Why the name Peoporia?

Setting up a new organisation provides an opportunity for a new start, a new brand and the opportunity to create an organisation that shares the same purpose and passion for people development.  Focus on people is literally at the heart of all we do.

Peoporia Founder

Victoria is a UK Chartered Accountant, GPHR and SHRM-SCP qualified. Having spent over twenty years living and working across Europe and Asia in HR leadership roles with KPMG; Victoria is a motivated and dynamic senior leader who is passionate about helping organisations achieve the best from their people.

 She brings extensive international strategic HR and learning and development experience and a proven ability to implement change in complex and cross cultural environments.

Highly agile with significant expertise across all aspects of HR, Victoria also has experience leading knowledge, communication and innovation projects.

She helps clients by drawing on a broad commercial business background with consultancy experience across a variety of industries.  In her limited spare time she enjoys travel, the theatre, photography, and riding her Harley Davidson motorcycle.
